  • WHEN ARE TRYOUTS?

    Team Placement Tryouts are May 18, 19, and 20!

  • DO I NEED TO ATTEND ALL DAYS?

    Yes, is is required to attend all three days.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

    1. Decide to join the CALI Family! (You're off to a great start!)
    2. Select the location you will be attending!
    3. Create an account
    4. Enroll in Team Placements
    5. Complete our online waivers once they are emailed to you

  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

    Team placements will take place over the course of three days. There are different time blocks based on your athelte's birth year.  The first two days are designed to be like a clinic. Athletes will make friends, get to know the coaches, demonstrate their skills. The final day, athletes will receive a callback time and show off their skills one final time to the coaches. On May 22, emails will be sent out with team placements! The season will start on May 26.

  • WHAT DO I WEAR TO TRYOUTS?

    • Black Top (sports bra, tank, or shirt)
    • Black Shorts 
    • Cheer shoes or soft sole tennis shoes
    • Hair in pony

  • DO I NEED PRIOR EXPERIENCE?

    No, we accept athletes for all skill levels.

  • DOES EVERYONE MAKE A TEAM?

    We will find a place for all athletes ellgible for Senior teams and below. Athletes over the age of 18 will need to have the appropate skills for any offered International/Open divisions. 

  • CAN PARENTS WATCH TRYOUTS?

    Tryouts are closed for viewing.

  • CAN I TRYOUT FOR A SPECIFIC TEAM/LEVEL?

    Team placement is determined based on athelte age and skill level. The coaches will evaluate and place athletes to build sucessful teams.
